Are you a self-driven, motivated, and organised individual with a proven sales track record? If so, we want to hear from you Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a Yorkshire based, family owned manufacturing business to recruit a Regional Sales Executive to join their team. As a Regional Sales Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving success by managing regional sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Benefits:
- £35,000 per annum + commission based on target sales in the region.

- 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays & additional days over Christmas

Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and develop customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Drive sales by promoting our diverse product range and demonstrating its value.
- Negotiate contracts and terms that benefit both the customer and our company.
- Collaborate with internal technical sales teams to maximize sales opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional pre and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market opportunities and provide informed pricing recommendations.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to represent our brand.
- Monitor and report on sales performance using our CRM platform.
Skills & Experience
- Experience within aggregates or an industrial environment
- A proven track record in a field sales and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Self-motivation, consistency, and excellent organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence
