Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead EOR sales efforts and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Identify and pursue EOR and Global Mobility opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture strategic client relationships.
  • Drive workforce planning discussions with clients.
  • Coordinate sales approaches across regional offices.
  • Act as a client ambassador for new wins.
  • Enhance global project performance through stakeholder collaboration.
  • Create and present industry content to add value for customers.
  • Develop and execute EOR strategies with senior teams.
  • Lead internal workshops and qualify client needs.
  • Engage in candid dialogues with client decision makers.
  • Track sector developments, competitor activity, and market shifts.
  • Drive sector content strategies and account-based marketing.
  • Support bid and tender creation.
  • Collaborate with operational management for successful sales mobilization.


What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end sales lifecycles for EOR/Global Mobility.
  • Deep understanding of the EOR/Global Mobility industry, including sector knowledge and competitor landscape.
  • Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional listening and communication abilities.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Natural collaboration skills to lead teams towards achieving great results.
