IT Service Desk Analyst - Central London - £35,000 - 1st & 2nd Line Support
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst for a leading London-based Law firm client of ours.
Our client is very modern in its approach and is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst who is happy to provide 1st & 2nd Line support to their London Office.
Responsibilities
- Call Logging
- Troubleshooting
- Customer service
- Technical support for Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, iManage DMS
- Issue Prioritization
- Hardware/Software Installation
Skills & Qualifications
- High level of IT literacy
- Fully conversant in Office 365 and Windows 11
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a Service Desk environment
- Microsoft Certified Professional (preferred, not required)
- ITIL Qualifications (preferred, not required)
