**IT Support Analyst**

**Salary - £20,000 - £25,000**

**Located - Southwest London**

**IT Support, 1st Line, Windows, Office 365, Exchange**

This fantastic company, based in South West London requires an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join the team for a new permanent position. As the Service Desk Analyst, you will be required to:W
- Provide 1st/2nd line technical help desk support
- Schedule visits
- Manage open tickets
- Manage support cases
- Support Office 365, AD, VPN and Exchange technologies
- Support managed service-based clients

The Service Desk Analyst should have the following skills or experience:

- A minimum of 2 year's experience in an IT Support role
- Able to identify and resolve technical issues
- Support of Active Directory
- Support of Office 365
- Experience of tape and on-line backup utilities
- Experience of file servers and distribution lists
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally experience in an MSP environment
