**Service Desk Analyst / 1st and 2nd Line Support / IT Technician**

**London (3 days a week onsite)**

**£200 - £240 a day Inside IR35**

**3 Month contract**

Are you an IT Technician / Service Desk Analyst who wants to join a long-standing Global organisation on a 3 month contract supporting 900+ users?

The primary functions of the IT Support role will be to support and maintain the company's investments in information technology. They will ensure their optimum utilisation to achieve maximum business value by providing an exceptional customer experience.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Being the face of IT within the organisation
- Working within an ITIL Service Desk Framework environment
- Resolving issues for employees within the business
- Quality communication both with customers of all levels and with superiors to ask questions when necessary
- Maintain high level customer satisfaction
- Experience supporting customers working remotely from home and offices
- Experience of supporting audio/visual conferencing equipment
- Troubleshoot user hardware issues (laptops, mobile telephony) escalate accordingly
- Strong experience in Windows 10
- Strong experience in Office 365 Suite
- Strong experience in ticket management and ITSM platform
