As they continue to expand, our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join their team and drive business growth.


The Outbound Sales Executive will play a crucial role in generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record in outbound sales activities.


The Role:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts and work to expand those relationships.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored telecom solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. (HubSpot preferred but not essential)
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


The Skills:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the telecom or technology industry.
  • An understanding of telecom products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
