Main Purpose:

  • Maximise production output and minimise downtime through regular planned maintenance.
  • Extend the performance and lifespan of operational equipment through preventative maintenance, working with the Production team to identify and address equipment wear and underperformance.
  • Respond to unplanned breakdowns promptly and effectively, working with engineering and production colleagues to minimise disruption.


Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all work following Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, SOPs, and company policies and procedures.
  • Minimise production downtime by conducting routine scheduled maintenance (PPMs) and responding to unplanned breakdowns within specified timeframes.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns, focusing on getting it right the first time.
  • Maintain manual and electronic record systems.


Your Profile:

  • Mechanically or electrically trained.
  • Experience in maintenance in manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, or similar sectors.
  • Proficient in PLC operation and fault finding.
  • Experience working with production process machinery.
  • Looking for a technically diverse position that offers further development and progression.


Continental 3 Shift Pattern - 8-hour shifts rotating weekly (6am-2pm /2pm-10pm /10pm-6am)

Salary ia competitive, including an additional 20% shift allowance.
