A global management consulting firm is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to support the office's strategic goals through local delivery of global people strategies and effective operations. It is essential you have experience working in a professional services setting – a LLP, management consultancy or law firm or similar.


The HR Business Partner will align local office operations with the global people strategy, fostering an environment for top talent. Success involves building relationships, independent thinking, and sound judgment.

Key responsibilities include managing a small team (2 direct reports) and working with the managing partner across generalist and talent initiatives for the business unit.

Previous Experience Required

  • It is essential to have worked in a professional services setting or LLP. This may be a consulting firm, law firm, accountancy etc.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner with all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
