Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce specialist to lead the launch and manage the ongoing expansion of LANEIGE and Innisfree on Amazon UK. This role will drive sales growth, optimise product listings, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations on Amazon. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, supply chain, brand, and marketing while building strong relationships with Amazon and agency partners. With a keen focus on strategic planning, content management, and promotional activity, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the long-term growth and success of two leading beauty brands.


Principal Accountabilities

Launch & Expansion: Lead the launch and expansion initiatives for LANEIGE and Innisfree on Amazon UK. Collaborate with the Key Account Manager (eCommerce) to ensure strategies align with business objectives.


Account Management: Post-launch, manage Amazon accounts with a focus on driving sales, optimizing product listings, and ensuring smooth operational processes.


Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon and agency teams, serving as the main point of contact. Lead regular calls and work closely with these contacts to enhance account performance.


Content & Creative Oversight: Manage all creative aspects, including A+ Content and Brand Stores on Amazon. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.


Promotional Planning: Work on the promotional calendar to maximize key events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and other promotional opportunities.


Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking of replenishment orders and effective demand planning.


Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Operations, Brand, Creative, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and goals.


Reporting & Analytics: Assist in weekly and monthly reporting, offering insights and analysis to monitor business performance and suggest areas for improvement.


Long-Term Strategy: Develop and implement the Amazon Roadmap strategy, identifying growth opportunities and working towards defined goals.


Key Experience and Skills

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing or assisting Amazon accounts, with knowledge of Vendor Central or Seller Central platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing on Amazon.
  • Agency management experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Skill Sets

  • Expertise in Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with Amazon representatives, external partners, and internal teams (e.g., Brand, Supply Chain, Finance).
  • Ownership mentality – capable of managing the Amazon account independently while receiving support from the broader sales team.
  • Interest in the beauty industry is an added advantage.
