Iconic Resourcing are supporting our client to recruit a HR Advisor on a FTC 18 months basis.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build strong relationships with management and staff
  • Advise on HR policies and procedures
  • Support managers with employee issues
  • Oversee recruitment processes
  • Liaise with external partners
  • Assist with HR projects and communications
  • Support payroll processing when needed
  • Mentor junior HR staff


Key Requirements


  • Experience in an HR Advisor role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in HR project support
  • Effective communication skills
  • Tactful and discreet with confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
