Associate Inside Sales Representative (Pharmacovigilance Software) | Hybrid, London


Are you ready to make an impact in the pharmaceutical industry? We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join a growing team in London. You'll be driving sales for cutting-edge SaaS software tailored to life sciences companies, focusing on pharmacovigilance solutions—like a "one-stop shop" for drug safety, risk management, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to position our innovative drug safety software.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess potential customers, ensuring alignment with their needs and pain points in pharmacovigilance.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct engaging product demos, showcasing how our platform centralizes risk, safety, and drug report management.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain relationships, offering support throughout the sales process.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and track prospects through the sales cycle, collaborating with the external sales team to close deals.


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in inside sales, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare SaaS software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
