This is a full-time on-site position as a Customer Service Advisor at Glick located in Bradford BD4. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle a variety of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and possibly in-person enquiries at Trade Shows. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company database.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
