We’re looking for **Customer Service Advisors** to join our team in **Bradford.**

**About the role and person**:

- Minimum of 20 hours per week. Our Contact Centre is open Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm.
- Permanent

Your core role and focus is all about delivering the best customer experience for our residents. You are expected to solve queries when a customer contacts us, delivering a service that meets the Accent’s standards of performance, behaviour, and values.

**What skills/behaviours do you need to be a Customer Service Advisor?**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Is a great listener and can demonstrate empathy and respect for others
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Has an eye for detail and can accurately record data and information
- Experience of using Microsoft Office as well as social media platforms (either personal and/or work-based understanding)
- Good numeracy & literacy skills
- Has a positive attitude to learning and has strong work ethics

**Location**

We’ll provide you with the equipment and software that you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.

Should you wish to work occasionally from any of our regional offices, you may do so on a hot desk basis which will need to be arranged via our online booking system

**Salary**

The spot salary for this post is £23,323 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
