Your role:

Are you a passionate marketing automation and digital CRM practitioner, with experience in complex global organizations? Can you juggle a strategic global role and deliver on the ground expertise for our teams across our business?


We’re looking for someone to join us at a pivotal time for our business as we expand our martech platforms and capabilities to support our future growth.


You will:

  • Drive and deliver the rollout of our Marketing Automation platform (Dynamics Customer Journeys) across our global business
  • Deliver training and on-going development to key teams utilizing the platform
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with core Agile team members supporting the technical build and delivery of the platform
  • Deliver successful migrations of data, preferences and templates across each of our countries and audience segments
  • Step in as a proxy product owner on occasion to ensure delivery timelines are met
  • Help build and deliver customer journeys/campaigns aligned to our global marketing strategy


Your skills/experience:

  • Demonstrable experience managing and delivering complex marketing automation platform initiatives
  • Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics Marketing platform, alongside Dynamics Sales CRM
  • Experience in all aspects of marketing automation technologies – from simple email builds to advanced multi-step programmes and dynamic data initiatives
  • Investment/Asset Management experience or complex B2B business experience
  • Worked within an agile delivery model
  • Strong knowledge of wider martech platform estates
  • Excellent email template, HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Strong understanding of complex data structures
