The Permanent Recruitment Leader for Manpower will play a pivotal role in driving our permanent staffing division. Leading a team of talented recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture while ensuring the delivery of exceptional recruitment services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters to achieve individual and collective targets. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development.
  2. Business Development: Drive business growth through new opportunities, existing client relationships, and developing innovative strategies to attract new clients. Collaborate with the sales team to formulate effective business development plans.
  3. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously optimize recruitment processes.
  4. Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, establish KPIs, and monitor team performance against targets. Implement performance improvement initiatives as necessary to drive results.
  5. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilisation of talent and maximize productivity. Manage workload distribution and prioritise tasks to meet client demands and deadlines.
  6. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality in recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, assess team performance, and identify opportunities for enhancement. Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the recruitment industry, with a focus on permanent staffing solutions.
  • Strong track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
