About the Role

As we continue to grow our impressive portfolio of clients and innovate with new solutions, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team.

We are on the lookout for a Senior Consulting Leader who possesses the innate confidence and extensive experience in establishing connections and nurturing relationships with large, intricate clients. You will collaborate with a team of consultants to craft and implement customized solutions, which may encompass Leadership Assessment and Development initiatives, including personalized interventions as well as extensive transformational projects. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of their area of expertise, coupled with a strong desire for business development and expanding client accounts.

Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of our most significant and complex clients, demonstrating a passion for partnering with senior clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions that address a diverse array of business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Consulting Leader will be responsible for overseeing the overall client relationship and managing a portfolio of clients to establish and cultivate long-term business partnerships that yield:

  • Outstanding client satisfaction
  • Ongoing client growth
  • Retention of existing business
  • Development of new business opportunities

This will be achieved through:

  • Designing and delivering solutions that meet client needs and realize value
  • Acting as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities to enhance and expand the relationship, driving revenue, profit, and client satisfaction
  • Effective program management and reporting, in collaboration with your project manager
  • Ensuring successful delivery to your clients through a team of consultants
  • Taking the lead delivery role to set the standard and collaborate with senior teams and individuals
  • Leveraging your own network and personal profile within the industry to generate new business opportunities
  • Providing your subject matter expertise to our business development team to assist in creating solutions and winning bids for new clients
  • Staying informed and inquisitive about industry trends and bringing that insight to our clients and the broader Kiddy team
  • Mentoring and coaching other members of the consulting team

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience managing large clients, either in a professional services consultancy or in a senior-level people-related role within a large organization
  • A proven track record in designing and executing large-scale assessment programs for various leadership levels, particularly at senior leader and executive levels, with experience in influencing and aligning challenging stakeholder groups
  • Significant expertise in Leadership Assessment and Development
  • A high level of consultancy and coaching skills, gained either internally or externally
  • A curious mindset, a well-established network, and a passion for bringing new insights and knowledge to both our clients and the wider Kiddy team
  • Chartered Occupational Psychologist status, registered with the BPS and HCPC
