We are looking for a strategic and innovative Trade Marketing Manager to join a rapidly growing omnichannel business. In this role, you will develop and implement dynamic marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and strengthen brand visibility with their retail partners. About the Role:

As our Trade Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Act as brand guardian, driving through-the-line strategies for our growing FMCG portfolio.
  • Create and execute trade activation materials, ensuring On and Off Trade channels are equipped with the tools they need—including compelling social content and sales presentations.
  • Represent the brand at customer meetings, becoming the go-to marketing expert for key accounts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver experiential marketing and trade events.
  • Serve as the primary contact for industry PR, crafting key messages and building relationships with trade media.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident marketer with experience in the On Trade (Managed and Free Trade) and an understanding of Off Trade dynamics.
  • Passion for FMCG or beverages and a creative approach to trade activation.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a knack for building compelling sales arguments.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
