How will you make an impact:
* The Customer Success Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining positive connections with clients, ensuring flawless execution of sales strategies.
* You will work collaboratively with internal teams to identify areas for growth and successfully implement initiatives that improve customer experience.
* You will be responsible for understanding and addressing our clients' short, mid, and long-term goals, ensuring a smooth experience with Thermo Fisher Scientific.
What will you do:
* Manage the EMEA customer base MSD VDS software sales strategy for the maintenance renewal business and develop new business by working closely directly with customers and distributors
* Develop and complete sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the EMEA
* Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring outstanding customer service and happiness.
* Regularly meet and update collaborators and customers about business activities.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on growing the breadth of our portfolio.
* Collaborate with service and application teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of training and consulting services.
* Work closely with sales, technical support, and other departments to provide clients with needed resources and information.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Essential

* At least 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in software sales
* A degree or equivalent experience in business, sciences, or a relevant field.
* A strong collaborator who can also work independently and remotely.
* Outstanding communication and intercultural skills.
* Proven track record of success in a sales role
* Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
* Ability to lead and manage complex negotiations
* Excellent business planning and organisational skills, proactive nature
* Willing to travel throughout the UK and internationally (up to 25%).
* Desire to meet and exceed sales targets in a complex and very competitive environment.
* Adaptable to a fast-paced high volume and high-velocity sales organisation
Preferred
* Proficient in English.
* Ability to communicate confidently and concisely in various formats to diverse audiences.
* Experience in selling software or services to Life and material science markets
* Demonstrated experience managing high-value accounts and leading customer relationships
