**What's involved?
**This is an exciting role working with international markets - you will be responsible for managing/developing a few
(4-5) key business partners over different international markets. Responsibilities will involve:
- Developing professional working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to positively influence sales potential and positioning of products
- Maintaining strong positive relationships with existing & new business partners
- Developing a good commercial understanding of your international markets
- Driving customer satisfaction by fully understanding customer requirements and needs in the relevant territories, and addressing and resolving any issues that arise
- Proactively identifying leads and obtaining new business on a global level
- Develop, manage, and execute contract negotiations with partners in each market in line with company strategy
- Reviewing monthly the sales & profitability by customer
- Gaining competitor and customer insights and feeding back to the business. This involves analysing customer, product, and market data in order to identity new sales and revenue opportunities
- Developing and maintaining action plans for how accounts will achieve targets, and identifying specific actions to increase revenue
- Develop annual business plans and forecasts with customers, which align with company targets
- Willingness and ability to assist with ad hoc business projects as defined and directed by the management team
- Working cross functionally with regulatory, marketing, and logistics to ensure that appropriate timelines are implemented and communicated to partners, and to ensure that product conforms with requirements in each market
**Requirements**:
- Ideally you will be a graduate with either a science or business degree. However, this is not essential providing you are highly self-motivated & willing to develop and learn at a fast pace
- You will be customer focused with the ability to develop outstanding professional customer relationships
- Strong team player with the ability to work as part of a team or individually, commercially minded with the ambition to win new business and contribute to business growth
- Demonstrable commercial and customer focused experience
- Problem solving, and action orientated
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Proven track record in negotiating & influencing to deliver agreed and measurable objectives
- Able to adapt and manage change
- Self-starter with a positive go get' attitude
- Effective and persuasive communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Account management skills that demonstrate business acumen and an innovative approach to projects &
solutions that bring added value to my client and other stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able and willing to travel
- Above all, you must be a fun loving highly driven person
