Due to the growth experienced by the business, we are looking for a new Group Head of Finance reporting into our CFO. You'll be tasked with managing a team of 15+ people, including group controllers and accountants.


How you can help us:

  1. Managing company cash flow
  2. Group P&L and cash flow forecasting
  3. Forecasting financial results
  4. Setting and delivering the group’s tax strategy
  5. Group cost control and policy implementation and management
  6. Management of Finance cost centre budget
  7. Managing group’s insurance
  8. Treasury management – efficient use of the company’s funds including FX
  9. Strong balance sheet controls and governance, ensuring accuracy of financial information
  10. Leadership on budget process, implementation and performance monitoring


What we'd like you to bring to the role:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing and international business
  • 5-10 years post-qualified experience
  • Track record in financial controllership or management accounting
  • Willingness and ability to engage and influence C-suite
  • Enthusiastic team player – able to build constructive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Willingness to try new things, innovative &pioneering approach
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Proactive & shows initiative
  • Leadership
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Organised & Deadline Driven
