Our client is a successful growing international organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to continued growth and an exciting period of change they now require an experienced Payroll Project Manager to join them for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Reporting into the HR Director and forming part of a fantastic HR team, you will be responsible for project managing and leading on the migration of the payroll function from Finance over to HR, whilst ensuring that a first class payroll service is delivered to the business. This is a varied role where you will work closely with your colleagues in HR and Finance, managing the smooth transition of the function whilst being the subject matter expert for Payroll, ensuring that slick processes are in place and that compliance is adhered to. A hands on Payroll Manager, you will take full ownership of global payroll, leading on a number of global projects around process improvement and systems implementation, whilst also being given the opportunity to get involved in wider reward projects including salary sacrifice and global benefits.
An experienced Payroll Manager, you will be customer-focused and personable with a professional manor and excellent attention to detail. You will have prior experience of working in a fast paced, multi-site, international business and have an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
