Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Skills Assessment Administrator will act as the main point of contact for all prospective students as they take the first step towards becoming a Commercial Pilot by completing their Skills Assessment. in finding airline employment.


Role Duties

  • In conjunction with the marketing team, plan dates for regular Skills Assessments, ensuring that sufficient assessments are carried out to meet our sales targets
  • Manage external Assessor availability, booking their time as required
  • To be responsible for all associated Skills Assessment administration, organising each assessment, communicating with candidates in advance, ensuing they are prepared and have all relevant information
  • Set up for each assessment, ensuring all Assessors have the necessary documentation
  • Set up and analyse online tests results
  • Work in collaboration with the Sales Manager to continuously review and develop Skills Assessment to ensure it meets the needs of the business, remains competitive in the market and delights our customers
  • Follow up with all Open Day attendees in a timely manner to book their Skills Assessment


Our ideal candidate will have...

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in building relationships on the phone, online and in person.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
