Seeking Administrator

We are searching for an individual with a positive attitude to work, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who will provide administrative support to the **Accounting Team**, the ability to work well as part of a team is key.

Key Responsibilities:
As an administrator you would be responsible for a variety of activities that can include:

- Managing the reception area, including welcoming clients
- Client exchanging of various matters.
- Organising meetings and scheduling appointments.
- Managing client invoices & payments
- Liaising with clients & suppliers
- Managing & filing relevant documentation
- Filing out accounting records
- Good all-round administration ability and be proficient on computers
- Contacting HMRC on client and company’s behalf
- Good understanding of Microsoft

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Be polite and approachable
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and fast paced
- Self-sufficient

Advantageous:

- Experience in practice
- Previous use of XERO Accountancy Software

Working Hours: Full Time: Monday-Friday / Part Time: Monday-Friday

Competitive salary dependent on experience/qualifications.
