We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Manager to oversee registrations for events in Band A countries. This role involves managing pre-event logistics, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with event procedures. Ideal candidates will work independently, collaborate with a small, busy team, and have opportunities for growth and development within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Registrations: Manage and ensure accurate registrations for events in Band A countries., Adhere to all event processes and procedures.
  2. Pre-Event Support: Assist with logistical and administrative tasks.
  3. Data Management: Maintain event data and handle lead uploads from third-party events.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a busy, small team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proactive and independent: a self-starter who can work without close supervision, Proactively identify and complete tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
