As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking a skilled Event Management Specialist to oversee and enhance Ardent's expanding portfolio of B2B events. This role requires a professional adept in planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse range of events, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. The environment is dynamic and demanding, necessitating the ability to manage multiple events while ensuring consistent delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, organize, and implement B2B and internal corporate events from start to finish, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to coordinate event logistics and fulfill their requirements.
- Monitor and manage business development events across Ardent's sectors and services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing opportunities.
- Oversee event budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation while upholding high-quality standards.
- Work closely with the broader Marketing team to create promotional strategies aimed at maximizing event participation and engagement.
- Maintain and update contact information in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and facilitating effective communication and relationship management.
- Handle event registration processes, attendee communications, and on-site event management.
- Conduct evaluations post-event to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for enhancement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.
- Travel to event venues as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in organizing and executing B2B events.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple events concurrently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a readiness to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding administrative abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with individuals at all levels.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva is advantageous.
- Interest in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
