Our client is a Education software platform, the company is going through rapid growth, and is quickly becoming the market leader. With hyper growth plans for 24/25 including US expansion. This role would be ideal for someone with recruitment / talent management experience who wants to move into talent software.


You are set up for success with experienced sales, marketing & operations leadership, and robust infrastructure.


Role:

  • You will be a the Account Manager between Schools and Teachers.
  • Primary responsibility will be to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Own and manage pipeline management, forecasting, territory management, sales process and methodology.
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, conferences and networking events.
  • Outbound calls to potential clients and candidates; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.


Experience and Skills:

  • We are open to speaking with highly motivated individuals if you have 2 years+ experience working for Education software companies.
  • Experience with both online demos and boardroom pitches.
  • Experience in a hyper growth scaleup and comfortable in an office based high energy environment.
  • Ability to positively influence customers and key decision makers to secure business, grow accounts and retain business.
