About the Role:


We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a renowned global manufacturer. Our client is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and support key customers and distributors within the United Kingdom and Ireland.


Key Responsibilities:


- Act as a trusted advisor and partner, providing value-added selling to key customers and distributors.

- Develop and execute strategies to drive organic growth in assigned territories, collaborating with inside sales, marketing, and sales management teams.

- Sell consumable products, accessories, and capital equipment with the support of Product Management and the wider team.

- Maintain and update Salesforce with opportunities and meeting notes.

- Develop or enhance sales capabilities through continuing education and training programs.

- Coordinate equipment opportunities with the Technical Department and Regional Sales Managers.


Candidate Requirements:


- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of five years’ sales experience, with demonstrated key account management experience.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience using and maintaining a CRM system.

- Strong strategic sales hunter mindset combined with excellent account management skills.

- Proven track record of achieving successful sales growth within Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Aerospace, or Automotive Industries.

- Strong communication and influencing skills to articulate value propositions at all levels within key accounts or distributors.

- Chemical or consumables sales experience is highly preferred.

- Experience in the European Aerospace or Automotive Industry is a definite plus.

- Results-oriented, self-organised, and self-motivated with a reliable and team-oriented approach.

- Positive, optimistic, energetic, and hands-on attitude that inspires customers and peers.

- Willingness and ability to travel freely within the assigned territory, including overnight travel (minimum 30% of the time, with additional travel as needed).
