Role Purpose:


  • A rare and exciting opportunity to lead some of ATG’s most important client relationships, working with our highly sophisticated NetDirector® Retention product.
  • Develop international Enterprise accounts through knowledge, by collaborating closely with multi-faceted teams
  • Provide a deep level understanding of data that is relevant to the client and present actionable activities from its findings
  • Work with stakeholders across multiple markets at financier, regional office and dealer levels
  • Collaborate and lead with the overall strategy with the customer and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly review meetings based on agreed KPI’s with the client
  • Accurate management of CRM records for all customers including detailed notes on the customer relationship, contact points, contract renewals, and products


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead overall client strategy on behalf of ATG
  • Lead monthly customer reviews and quarterly review meetings to KPI’s and agreed with the client.
  • Ensure regular and clear updates to senior leadership
  • Identify digital solutions to expand clients’ use of ATG technology and services
  • Work closely with client to ensure excellent usage of ATG platforms at OEM, regional and dealer level
  • Pro-actively engage with your assigned portfolio of customers to ensure they’re informed on the latest product releases, software updates and marketing initiatives.
  • Reguarly demonstrate value provided to client through use of ATG’s systems.
  • Participate in client calls and manage all actions via internal teams.
  • Grow monthly revenue through developing and initiating a digital retailing strategy, by introducing additional products and services to customers.
  • Analyse customer data to make informed recommendations and suggestions to your customers.
  • Develop a key understanding of the client objectives and collaborating on a strategy with our services.
  • Confidently present ATG, our products and services in an articulate manner.
  • Develop excellent customer relationships at all levels both internally and externally that galvanize ongoing business opportunities.
  • Raise and check BAU ticket progress via the action logs as requested by client
  • Gather Service Uptime reports and Codes Release information for monthly review with client
  • Obtain Support ticket report and analysis for monthly review with client
  • Monitor and analyse user activity for monthly review with client
  • Work closely with Programme Manager on in-flight projects and manage scope creep and commercials
  • Support with OEM HQ central project discussions, meeting prep and action follow-up
  • Process change request quotes and submit to client for approval
  • Best use of internal systems: PE tickets, CRM, Support Services, Slack, and Teams/Zoom
  • To be responsible for supporting the Company’s Information Security policy and actively assisting the organisation in meeting Data Protection and other legal obligations through proactive measures


Required Experience:


  • Several years experience in sales/account management, held within the automotive industry
  • An understanding of Software as a Service (SAAS) based products and the benefits of solution-based products
  • A passion to help clients improve and to achieve their own objectives
  • A willingness to learn and develop within ATG
  • A hardworking and determined work ethic with ambition and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to resolve problems successfully and productively to meet targets and expectations
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data constructively to improve the performance of client’s digital strategy
  • Ability to drive the conception and development of innovative, engaging, on-brief digital ideas for clients
