We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee a new build residential scheme in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality development in one of London's most sought-after areas. This position is with a strong main contractor, who have gone from strength to strength the past 5 years, greatly increasing turnover and headcount. This contractor only delivers residential schemes including retirement living, apartments (private & social), student accommodations and hotels. This is an extremely tight scheme, any experience with logistically challenging schemes is highly desired. This is a 100+ unit development and is a high rise tower.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, from inception to completion
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
  • Oversee the construction process, including contractor management and quality control
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction projects specifically RC Frame apartments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent time and budget management skills
  • Knowledge of building regulations and construction processes
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Relevant qualifications in project management or construction-related field
