Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all training requirements have been met by sub contractors on projects.
Advise site management on the fire marshal requirements.
Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, ensuring all work meets the highest safety standards.
Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate safety into every aspect of project planning and execution.
Ensure monthly KPI statistics have been completed for projects.
Assist in incident/accident investigation reporting and filing.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry.
Grad or Tech IOSH
data centre or M&E critical environment
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
In-depth knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and best practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.
