In order to be eligible for this post, applicants must be a qualifiedSpecialist Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) - Health Visiting.

- cultural community, providing the opportunity to work with a diverse population, across the local wards of Northolt, Greenford, and Perivale. Acton and central Ealing, Southall, and West Ealing-Hanwell. The 0-19 integrated Service are based in Children Centre’s and include local authority staff.
As a MECSH advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and effective delivery of the MECSH programme. Supporting in MECSH training across other CLCH Boroughs, guiding and supervising the health visitors with their MECSH and attending maternity safety net meeting and pre-birth panel meeting.
You will also be required to support members of the team and attend meetings as and when required and feedback to the Locality Lead and take on extra responsibilities within the service, as requested by the Locality Lead and Head of Clinical Service Unit.
We work very closely with our partner agencies to enrich the mix of skills available and strengthen our position as a service provider. Working within Ealing 0 - 19 integrated Service.

- You will provide professional leadership and management for the integrated 0-19 Public Health Nursing Teams, particularly in relation to the delivery of the programme county wide.
- You need to have a passion for working with vulnerable children, young people and their families and have a comprehensive understanding of the Public Health Agenda in Ealing. It is essential that you also have a thorough knowledge of the Healthy Child Programme (0-19), and Central London Community Healthcare Values.
