In your new role as a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you will be working within our dynamic office with the Helpdesk team.
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing work orders through our contact centre, creating and updating VRF (Vendor Request Form) documents, and submitting them to clients for approval. Additionally, you'll track quotes received, process purchase orders using Maximo 7.6 and SAP systems, and liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Your attention to detail will be crucial for goods receipting, handling finance requests related to invoices, and accurately documenting completed work in MANBILL. As a proactive team member, you'll attend meetings and maintain data systems, ensuring records are up-to-date.
We are looking for an individual with essential administration experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
