Contact Centre Advisor Required Urgently



Your new role
Our prestigious government bodies are looking for an excellent, experienced Call Centre Representative. As a Call Handler, you’ll play a crucial role in making inbound calls with customers.
Contact centre advisors assist customers with enquiries, issues, or complaints related to products, services, or accounts. They provide accurate information and resolve problems efficiently.Advisors communicate via phone, email, or chat. They actively listen to customers, ask relevant questions, and provide clear responses.
Advisors analyse customer concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and find solutions. They follow company guidelines and procedures.Advisors must be well-versed in the company’s offerings to address customer queries effectively.Successful advisors show empathy, patience, and professionalism while assisting customers.They handle various scenarios, adapt to different customer personalities, and manage stress.
What you'll need to succeed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Previous Contact centre/ Customer Service experience is a mustExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal).What you need to do now
