Job Description:


Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Spares and Warranty Manager to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the spares and warranty processes, ensuring timely and efficient handling of customer requests, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire spares and warranty process, from initial customer contact to resolution for our sites around the world.
  • Manage the receipt, inspection, and testing of returned materials at our central hubs.
  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes for spare parts and warranty services.
  • Generate and send quotes to clients, and process purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all spares and warranty transactions using Holovis systems.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, project management, and accounts, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their requests and ensure timely delivery of spare parts and warranty services.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with Holovis policies and industry regulations globally.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrable organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a global context.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of systems, with strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently, making decisions, and as part of a team, creating process change.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
