Based at their office in Hinckley you will be responsible for the below:

- Providing comprehensive support to customers post-installation from demonstrating extensive knowledge of their products and parts or through expert advice and information regarding our warranty terms and conditions.
- Responsively addressing customer enquiries across various communication channels ensuring you are managing cases in a timely manner and maintaining an organised inbox.
- Booking warranty appointments for works to be carried out in accordance with company terms and conditions.
- Reading survey plans in order to identify affected parts and communicating this information to ensure the relevant and correct parts are ordered.
- Provide efficient and effective service to customers, undertaking handling of objections if needed
- Handle all administrative duties related to the customer, including maintaining and updating customer information on their CRM tool
- Provide the personal touch to their business, delivering a friendly, professional and high-quality service to all customers
- You will work towards objectives to achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and in turn will be recognised and rewarded for going the extra mile

**Choice of shifts available**:
09:00 - 17:00pm Monday - Friday

**Salary**: Starting salary £22,500 opportunity for this to increase based on experience and technical knowledge.

**Start Date**: Immediate starts available
- Problem-Solving Abilities to analyse customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience of working with warranties and policies is an advantage
- Accurately recording and maintaining customer data and writing comprehensive notes for all customer interactions.
- Able to work with autonomy and demonstrate a positive attitude and team spirit
- Customer satisfaction focused, process and results driven
- Ability to learn and use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system efficiently.

No qualifications required for this role a full training will be provided from day one providing you the skills and knowledge required to be confident to carry out the role to your best ability
