About you

  • Natural leader. You’ll inspire others around you and do what it takes to get the job done
  • You’ll have experience managing sales teams in a software/IT solutions company.
  • Proven success in coaching sales teams in methodologies that deliver results
  • Experience exceeding revenue targets ideally in a fast growth tech scale up
  • Knowledge of their customer base finance, legal or professional services is valuable



Here’s what you’ll be doing in the first 12 months:

  • Leading your team to achieve new logo wins and retention
  • Pure management role that motivates and brings out the best in people
  • Coaching and growing your team of 5-10 consultative sales people
  • Collaborating with leaders, marketing and pre sales to get the best from your team
  • Working remotely, on customer sites and from the office once per week
