Sales and Account Manager

We are seeking a Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Huws Gray Wrightington.
Huws Gray Group is a leading provider of building materials, serving local communities across the UK. We rely on our Sales People to support the sales team and build great relationships with our customers and suppliers, all while increasing branch sales and profit.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in sales and account management, working closely with our customers and suppliers to identify new business opportunities and drive growth. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, delivering quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing sales leads.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar industry or a good knowledge of building materials. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles. A competitive salary is offered for this role, along with benefits including 24 days annual leave, company attendance and performance bonuses, and a company pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve our customers by providing excellent customer service and responding to their needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and suppliers
- Deliver quotes, follow up on enquiries, and develop sales leads to drive revenue growth
- Keep up-to-date with relevant paperwork and administration
- Stay informed about product developments and updates to provide expert advice to customers
