Are you an experienced sales professional looking to make an impact in a global Fortune 500 company? We have an exciting opportunity for an EMEA Sales Manager to join our team. Our client, a leading manufacturer of specialist materials and components, is seeking a dynamic individual to drive revenue growth across the EMEA region. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and establishing strategic relationships with key channel partners, contributing to the expansion of our customer base and diversification of our portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development : Explore and cultivate both new and existing business opportunities to drive revenue growth across the EMEA region.
  • Market Penetration : Establish the company as a key vendor within new industrial distribution targets, expanding the customer base and diversifying the product portfolio.
  • Channel Partner Management : Develop and manage a robust network of key channel partners and key accounts, ensuring strong, productive relationships that contribute to sales growth.
  • Sales Targets & Budgeting : Take ownership of setting and achieving sales budgets for the entire product and service range, consistently driving targets and growth initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Strategy : Work closely with Key Account Managers to leverage channel strengths and grow sales in targeted market segments.
  • Pricing Strategy : Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and market conditions.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience : Proven experience in account management and development, must be within manufacturing, ideally industrial products.
  • Technical Sales Background : Experience in technical solutions selling, particularly in industrial products with multi-application use, is highly desirable.
  • Relationship Management : Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering strategic sales planning that provides added value and helps drive their sales efforts.
  • Ambition & Influence : Ambitious with a strategic mindset, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organisation.
