Due to the growth experienced by the business, we are looking for a new Maintenance Manager reporting into our Operations Director.


You will:

  • Oversee the day to day management of the overall site maintenance activity, including budget control, spares management, site contracts management and the on-going improvement of the maintenance systems.
  • Directing and supporting the maintenance team in their daily breakdown repair and TPM/RM activity as required to ensure mean time between failures is kept to an absolute minimum.


What we would like you to bring to our team:


  • Demonstrate an ability to meet management performance standards.
  • Experience of working in a continuous process industry.
  • A thorough understanding of maintenance activities and experience gained both at technician level and also in a supervisory role.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to continually improve the maintenance process.
  • Prepared to actively participate in the change process.
  • 18th Edition Electrical Course.
  • Previous Injection Moulding, extrusion or PU processing industry experience.
