- Manage and triage the HR inbox, responding to queries and escalating any complex queries to the team
- Recruitment support, chasing reference requests, ad-hoc support to the HR assistants on creating vacancies and scheduling interviews
- Learning & Development support providing general administration
- Producing monthly reports
- Volunteer Programme support
- Assisting with HR projects
- Administration skills, ideally within HR
- Good numerical skills
- Familiar with operating databases
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Ability to use your own initiative as well as working within a team
