We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and ambitious individual to join a busy and exciting Medical HR Team at Kingston Hospital. This is an opportunity to work within a specialist HR team where you will contribute effectively to the provision of a first class service to managers.
Joining our team you’ll be responsible for providing general and administrative duties. You’ll be assisting with organising meetings, minute taking for both internal and external meetings, as well as assisting with the recruitment of medical and dental staff. In addition you’ll be undertaking routine data inputting and help with other duties as directed.
As you’ll be managing a variety of relationships with different stakeholders, it’s important you have good communication skills and can work on your own initiative.
