We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients They are currently looking for a skilled SC Cleared ServiceNow Developer to join their team for a twelve-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- End to end implementation, integrations (both, out of the box and custom) and configuration of various modules of ServiceNow e.g., HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, ITOM Discovery, CSDM, ITSM, Orchestration.
- Creation of solution architecture design document (High-Level Design (HLD) & Low-Level Design (LLD)) and data models.
- Setup of Mid-Servers and other implementation of technical prerequisites.
- Creation of implementation strategies and roadmaps. Mapping business requirements with ServiceNow capabilities.
- Creation of test cases and acceptance criteria.
- ServiceNow installation & commissioning (including implementation, integrations, documentations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria definition, tracking and remediation).
- ServiceNow configuration and population (configuration of data collection, software vendor onboarding, discrepancy reporting / interfaces & SAM Management Information (MI) reports).
- Integration of third-party on-premise and cloud systems.
- Creation of Definitive Media Library (DML) (including unsupported versions, creating standard operating procedure for DML).
- Identification and deployment of ITOM agents and/or discovery capabilities.
- Hardware contracts and software licence entitlement import and licence configurations (including custom license metrics).
- Perform reconciliation to ascertain usage and compliance positions are accurate and complete.
- Develop reclamation/ re-harvesting rules.
- ServiceNow customisations such as: custom licence metrics, custom table, reports and dashboards aligned to key HAM and SAM roles/personas.
- Support with the design and implementation/automation of SAM and HAM processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows.
- ServiceNow maintenance and monitoring (implementation of updates, data integrity checks and performance monitoring).
