Area Manager, Scotland, Casual Dining

About you

The role:

  • You will use your considerable operational and branded experience within hospitality or retail to help deliver excellence across the businesses - motivating, developing, and inspiring your team members to maximise their potential.
  • You'll be given all the responsibility and autonomy you need to help your businesses thrive, whether you're suggesting new ideas or implementing better ways of working
  • You’ll love to create fun, inclusive, supportive environments that rewards & recognise the effort, performance, and achievements of your teams


What you’ll need:

  • Experience of driving success on a large scale at a multi-site level ideally from a branded hospitality or retail environment
  • Ability to embrace change and be ready to adapt plans to achieve results
  • Strong commercial focus with delivery through people
  • An outgoing, affable personality, with a clear focus on the customer journey and P&L Performance to achieve profit growth.
