Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Head of PR will lead a talented team and take the reins in developing and executing a comprehensive global Press, PR, and Influencer strategy. This position is perfect for someone with extensive industry experience, a deep passion for luxury fashion, and a talent for impactful storytelling.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Craft and implement a global PR strategy aligned with the brand’s objectives and vision.
  • Foster strong relationships with leading fashion, lifestyle, and luxury media outlets worldwide.
  • Create and pitch innovative story ideas to secure prominent features, interviews, and product placements.
  • Lead PR campaigns for product launches, seasonal collections, and special projects, ensuring maximum impact.
  • Organise and host virtual or in-person press meetings to showcase new collections and brand initiatives.
  • Evaluate PR campaign performance, using insights to enhance media coverage and brand visibility.
  • Develop and manage a global influencer marketing strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Identify and build long-term relationships with influencers and celebrities who resonate with the brand’s values.
  • Oversee a team executing influencer campaigns, including gifting, collaborations, and product placements.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure influencer campaign effectiveness and optimise engagement strategies.
  • Partner with digital teams to create and oversee an affiliate marketing program that drives reach and sales.
  • Collaborate with blogs, affiliate networks, and key media platforms to ensure strategic alignment with the brand’s positioning.
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics and negotiate agreements to maximise quality traffic and conversions.
  • Design and execute high-profile events to boost brand visibility and reinforce its premium positioning.
  • Manage event logistics, from concept to execution, ensuring seamless alignment with brand identity.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and impactful event messaging.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of events and activations, providing recommendations for future improvements.


Candidate Requirements:


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7-10 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and events, ideally within the luxury fashion or lifestyle sector.
  • Established relationships with top-tier media, influencers, and affiliate partners.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire teams and manage external agencies.
  • A creative vision for impactful PR, influencer, and event strategies that align with brand goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for compelling storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • A deep understanding of the luxury market and emerging trends in media and influencer landscapes.
