We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Email Marketing Executive to join our Elite Traveler team. This role uniquely blends the art of sales with the science of email marketing, offering you the opportunity to drive revenue while crafting impactful email campaigns. You will focus on building and developing direct client relationships, driving commercial revenue to our “Elite Traveler, World’s Finest” ranking product, and elevating our email marketing efforts to engage and retain our high-end clientele.

Key responsibilities

Sales & Client Relationship Management

  • Master the Elite Traveler brand narrative and editorial vision.
  • Execute a proven, automated sales process, managing and optimising client accounts.
  • Develop and execute client strategies, maintaining a robust sales pipeline to exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, aligning our rankings offering with their product lines, customer segments, and commercial goals.
  • Proactively pursue and secure new business opportunities, expanding our client base.
  • Manage and update our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure seamless client interaction and follow-up.


Email Marketing

  • Develop and implement a robust email marketing strategy to engage, nurture, and retain clients, aligning campaigns with overall sales objectives.
  • Craft persuasive and engaging email content tailored to different client segments to maximise relevance and impact.
  • Monitor and analyse email marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing on email elements such as subject lines, content, and CTAs to continuously improve performance.
  • Oversee the segmentation of email lists, ensuring targeted and personalised communication, while managing database health and growth through list hygiene practices.


Skills and experience

  • Minimum two years of sales experience, ideally within the B2C luxury sector, coupled with proven experience in email marketing. Demonstrated history of consistently surpassing sales targets and achieving key KPIs.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to transform insights into actionable ideas.
  • Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and crafting commercial strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with advanced Excel proficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional time management skills; thrives in autonomous working environments.
