Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning applications, appeals, and local plan submissions.
  • Manage high-profile and complex planning projects.

The Person

  • A planning degree (or relevant qualification).
  • MRTPI qualification.
  • Management experience or a management qualification.
  • At least 8 - 10 years' planning experience (public or private sector).
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
  • A proven track record in business development.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of planning regulations and the legal framework.
