About the Role


Helping our client to find a service administrator to join their team, we're looking for someone who is happy to manage calls and emails from existing customers, answer their queries, and coordinate service engineers.


You will be scheduling, updating the customer database, invoicing, and running reports. You will be the customer's go-to person and someone the scheduling team can rely on. In return, you will be valued and can expect a happy, inclusive environment.


It's predominantly office-based because it’s a company that likes to collaborate and, let's face it, you'll be learning quite a bit to start, and being with your teammates is the best way to understand the role.
