Our client are a dynamic and growing organisation currently embarking on an exciting period in their history. As part of this expansion they are seeking a Head of HR to champion the team through significant growth and cultural development.
In this pivotal role, you'll be an OD (Organisational Development) champion and HR generalist, leading the people strategy.
The role will average 1 day WFH per week
Outline
- Reporting to the MD, you’ll be the strategic lead for HR
- Lead and develop a small HR team
- Develop HR Strategies to enable to the business to achieve its ambitious growth plans
- Apply OD principles to create a culture of development
- Be able to be hands on and visible in the business
Candidate experience
- A Proven track record in HR leadership, with a strong focus on OD.
- Is digitally savvy with knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Possesses strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Builds and manages strong relationships at all levels.
- At least 2 years' senior HR experience (Head of HR or above) within a fast-paced, regulated sector (CQC/Ofsted).
- Ideally holds 1-2 years of specialist experience in OD
- Holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification (preferred).
- Ideally experience in a rapidly expanding business
