About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to consolidate your knowledge and gain further experience in Change Management and HR Transformation. You will work closely with our stakeholders to deliver pragmatic solutions based on best practice principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project management element of our people programme
  • Deliver HR Transformation projects within challenging commercial and complex business environments
  • Identify and report trends using data and excel
  • Develop and implement Change Management strategies
  • Manage stakeholders and build strong relationships
