Eastern England, United Kingdom HireArt Full time

Job description

HireArt is helping our client hire a detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Financial Data Labeller to contribute to projects that support the company's AI model and adheres to the style guide, creates impeccable content, and captivates the reader.

In this role, you will ensure that our products produce grounded and impeccably written answers and provide readers with all of the information they need to build trust. Your data quality efforts will impact long-term performance and help contribute to success.

We're looking for someone with knowledge in financial analysis, as well as highly proficient copywriting skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience in data annotation or labelling.

As a Financial Data Labeller, you will:

  • Create high-quality and insightful questions with excellent answers.
  • Assess, edit, and improve the outputs of our AI models.
  • Skillfully diversify and improve our datasets.
  • Identify, research, and collate new financial documents.
  • Adhere to the style guide and provide insights/suggestions for unique data labelling situations.
  • Execute tasks with meticulous attention to detail, including proper citation of sources.

Requirements

  • Financial analyst experience, including reviewing financial documents (e.g. public 10Ks and similar) and providing financial insights
  • Experience writing detailed reports covering such topics/themes as companies’ financials, stock recommendations, and market-wide assessments
  • A dynamic wordsmith — you love connecting with your audience, and you have a knack for distilling complex ideas into easily digestible narratives
  • Detailed-oriented — if you've honed your rewriting, proofreading, and feedback skills in previous roles, and enjoyed working with a style guide, we want your expertise in our creative environment
  • A fast, thorough reader with stellar comprehension skills
  • The ability to tackle ambiguity head-on and excel independently in a remote or hybrid work setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in data annotation or labelling is a plus. (This not a requirement and we welcome applicants with no previous data annotation experience.)
